Word formatted notes

The md kind is pasted as rich text. Word gets real styles, not asterisks:

Fire mn in a blank Word document: a Heading 2, a bold label, a bulleted list and a 3-column table. It works in Outlook, Mail and Pages too. In plain-text apps you get the Markdown text instead.
